If a paid support service is offered, refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, work performed, and the reason for the request.

2. Refund Eligible Situations

• Duplicate payment.
• Service not started.
• Incorrect charge caused by our billing error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Completed consultation or guidance session.
• Issues caused by third-party vendor account restrictions.
• Requests made after the stated service window.

4. Official Vendor Refunds

We cannot issue refunds for antivirus products sold by official software companies. Contact the vendor directly for subscription or product refunds.
